DAILY PROGRAMME

  • School Opens 8.30am
  • School Starts 9.00am
  • Snack break 10:00am
  • Morning Break 11.00am – 11.20am
  • Lunch Break 1.00pm – 1.45pm
  • Final Bell 2.45pm

OFFICE HOURS

  • Linton Country School office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 12.30pm

ABSENCE FROM CLASS

  • Children are expected to attend school daily, unless they are ill, or have a genuine reason for not being present.
  • Please call the School Office 3258871 on the first morning of you child’s absence from school.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION

  • Emergency contact information is kept on file at the Office for your child’s safety and wellbeing. Please notify the office immediately if contact details change.

STATIONERY

  • At the end of the school year a stationery list is given for the following year. Items may be purchased during the end of year break, and brought to school on the first day on the new School year.

TELEPHONE

  • Use of the telephone is restricted for children except in an emergency.
  • Telecom School Connection generates funds for our school through parent sponsors. There is a form to fill in, or you can contact them at www.telecom.co.nz

TOYS AT SCHOOL

  • Children are not encouraged to bring toys to school as we cannot guarantee security for these treasures.

MONEY / VALUABLES AT SCHOOL

  • When sending money to School, please place in an envelope with your child’s name, the amount, and what it is for.
  • Children are not encouraged to have money or valuables at school (including jewellery) as we cannot guarantee security.

VISITORS TO SCHOOL

  • All visitors to the School must report to the Office, or the Main Block. This is for the security of the children.
